Visa Requirements

Basic Documents:

For Work in Russia:

  • 🛠️ Work Permit: Your employer in Russia must apply for a work permit on your behalf. This is required for non-EU/EEA nationals.

  • 🎫 Temporary Residence Permit: This permit allows you to stay and work in Russia for a specified duration.

  • 🏢 Employer Documents: Proof of the employer’s registration and other documents as required by Russian authorities.

  • 💼 Employment Contract: A signed contract with the Russian employer that specifies your job position and duration of employment.

  • 📑 Qualifications: Relevant diplomas, degrees, or work experience certificates to support your qualifications for the role.


Application Process:

  1. 📑 Obtain Job Offer: Secure a job offer from a Russian employer.

  2. 📝 Employer Applies for Work Permit: The employer applies for a work permit with the Russian Federal Migration Service.

  3. 🛂 Visa Application: Once the work permit is approved, apply for the visa at the Russian embassy in Bangladesh.

  4. 📑 Submit Documents: Submit all required documents, including the work permit approval, to the embassy for processing.

  5. 🕒 Visa Processing: Wait for processing, which may take several weeks.

  6. 🛂 Receive Visa: Once your visa is approved, you can travel to Russia and begin your work.


Additional Information:

  • 🌐 EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens: Citizens of these countries do not need a work permit to work in Russia.
