Proof of accommodation in Slovakia (rental agreement or company letter for housing).
Applicant’s updated CV/Resume in English.
Academic certificates, job experience letters, and professional qualifications (translated into Slovak or English, if required).
Personal Bank Statement of the last 6 months.
Company Bank Statement of the last 6 months.
Renewed Trade License copy.
Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum (mentioning director names).
Office pad / Company Letterhead.
TIN Certificate / Income Tax Return.
Import & Export Certificate (if applicable).
